The blog
The site that reappears in May 2024 was a single-author WordPress blog subtitled “Empowering Women to Embrace Healthy and Active Lives after 50”. Its posts were mostly dated June and July 2023, with one from August 2022, and covered health and wellness, relationship advice, travel tips for women travelling alone, diets, collagen, retirement, off-grid living in a tiny home, and the empty nest.
Health claims, not repeated
A number of posts promoted supplements and natural remedies, including CBD oil, collagen, and herbal approaches to blood sugar and type 2 diabetes, with headlines promising to “conquer” or “beat” conditions. This archive does not reproduce, summarise or endorse those claims. Anyone managing a health condition should talk to a qualified clinician. Those posts redirect here, not to their old text.
2025 · Money and gardens
In 2025 the blog added a “Money and Retirement” section — ways for women over fifty to earn from home — and posts on eco-friendly herb and vegetable gardens, with tags for organic gardening and space-efficient layouts.
2026 · Faith and healing
In January 2026 the site was reorganised around a personal, faith-centred introduction and five sections: Life After Fifty, Wellness, Faith and Healing, Purpose and Income, and Travel After Fifty, with a “Start Here” page. New posts covered daily rituals for energy, hormonal health, faith deepening as life simplifies, and travelling in Spain as a single woman. Its own disclaimer said its content was for educational and inspirational purposes only and was not medical, legal or professional advice, and that it earned affiliate commissions.
The author
The blog was the work of one person, named on its About page as its founder. The founder is not named here, and nothing on this site speaks for them. The archive does not record why the domain was allowed to lapse after June 2026. The blog’s post addresses, its categories, tags, sections and author pages redirect here; /disclaimer/ and /contact-2/ go to this site’s own About page.
