The builder site
The 2016 site was a handful of pages made with a hosting company’s drag-and-drop builder — Home, About, Fitness, Family, Fashion and Fun — and a description: a collaboration site to share information, geared towards the woman of fifty and over. Most of its pages were placeholders with little more than a heading.
The magazine
The 2017 relaunch was a WordPress magazine under the strapline “Latest News, Tips and Trends”. Its July 2017 front page carried pieces on pink as a symbol of strong, feminine power; whether to move when you retire; bridge and a happy life; discovering new priorities after fifty; three ways to make new friends; stress-induced heart attacks; an afternoon at a harvest wine festival; hiring a business coach to turn a passion into a business; and five steps for online dating. Several were short videos.
Sections
Its menu ran Books, Adventures, Lifestyle, Health, Video, Entrepreneurship, Bridge and Fashion, under the heading “What are you interested in?” A WooCommerce shop sat alongside, with cart, checkout and account pages, though the archive records no products in it. “Write articles for us” and “Advertise with us” pages invited contributors and sponsors.
What became of it
The magazine’s homepage was last captured in full in September 2017; by March 2018 the domain answered with an almost empty page. The archive does not say why it stopped. Its posts were not captured individually, apart from two short links, so they are not reproduced here.
